John R. Wood Properties (JRW) announced today the following new corporate positions and promotions.
Dottie Babcock has transitioned to the title of Broker Emeritus, where she will continue to assist JRW with a variety of executive-level initiatives and will also serve on the Board of Directors. Dottie has been a member of the JRW executive team for 26 years during which time she has been focused on maximizing programs for sales agents, staff, managers and clients.
Tess Scalise has assumed the title of Chief Operating Officer and will continue to oversee all sales operations, relocation and customer service, as well as the company’s new Business Development operation. Tess brings over 25 years of experience in real estate focused on sales management and consulting which she gained during her tenure at both ReMax and Coldwell Banker.
Spencer Haynes will assume the new position, Director of Business Development, working to recruit experienced agents and also mentoring a select group of newer agents. Spencer has worked successfully as a real estate agent with JRW for over 15 years and is an active member of the community through his involvement with various charitable organizations and the Naples Area Board of Realtors.
Deborah Spahr comes to JRW from VIP Realty as the new Relocation Director. Deb is already versed in JRW’s affiliate programs with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® and Luxury Portfolio International® and will oversee both the incoming and outgoing referral operations available through these programs and others as well as managing the company’s customer service center web leads.
Scott Langevin has taken over as the Customer Service Coordinator. He was previously an agent with JRW’s North office, and will now be spearheading all incoming web leads in addition to other customer-service focused duties.
